
Wallpaper Stripper
Intended Use
This is a concentrated liquid product specially formulated to soften old wallpaper prior to stripping and redecoration. It can also be used as a general household cleaner to clean paintwork, walls and tiled surfaces. For use add 60mls to 1 gallon (4.5litres) of hot water with stirring. Apply liberally by cloth, brush or sponge to the wallpaper, leave to soak for 5 to 15 minutes and then strip. For multi-layers of wallpaper repeat the procedure. Washable papers must first be scraped to allow the stripper to penetrate into the paper.
Composition
A blend of monionic and anionic surfactants with penetrating agents dispersed in water.

The product is not classified under the Classification, Packing and Labelling of Dangerous Substances Regulations 1984.
Precautions in Handling and Use
Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Wear appropriate gloves and eye protection to BS 2092. Keep containers closed except when in use.
First Aid Procedure
Skin Contact:
Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water, or use proprietary skin cleaner. Do not use solvents.
Eye Contact:
Irrigate immediately with plenty of clean, fresh water, holding eyelids apart.
Ingestion
There is no hazard by this route in normal industrial practice. If accidentally swallowed, DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Keep at rest and obtain medical attention.
In all cases of doubt, or where symptoms persist, seek medical attention.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.

Spillage
Contain and collect spillage with non-combustible absorbent materials, e.g sand or earth.
Disposal
Waste materials must be disposed of in accordance with the Control of Pollution act 1974. Do not allow to enter drains, water courses, water supplies, ponds, rivers, etc.
